The only trouble will be getting your hands on the exclusive Yamaha R1 SP.
There are only 500 of these highly exclusive machines being produced by Yamaha for the European market, of which just 50 have made it to the UK.
Created to satisfy the demand from experienced riders looking for the ultimate supersport performance, this high specification "SP" version of the YZF-R1 is based on the latest generation 1000cc sports machine and fitted with a range of high quality racing components.
Modified
The R1 Sport Performance features a modified Deltabox frame, extended swinging arm, Öhlins front forks and rear monoshock, forged aluminium Marchesini wheels and slipper clutch.
To complete the package, the R1SP has its own distinctive black/gold colour scheme, complete with "golden" silencers.
It looks one stunning motorcycle, but my only feeling is that you could buy a new R1 for £8,000 and then add various beautiful components for less than another 6K on top.
One for the collectors only, I reckon.
