The new Ducati S4R Testastretta has a more potent engine, styling tweaks and more refined suspension.
It should really tempt riders looking for an Italian roadster.
The key change is that the S4R gains the 130 bhp Testastretta low-sump V-twin engine, previously seen on the range-topping S4Rs Testastretta.
This means a hike in engine power from 117 bhp, to the 130 bhp of the Testastretta, although being a "naked" type roadster, it's hard to see why you'd need more power really. The S4R also has improved suspension.
The front forks are now fully adjustable upside down Showa items, while the rear Sachs monoshock has a wide range of settings. The ride height of the bike is also adjustable, by altering the length of the push rod.
The S4R front end gains new fork leg lower sections, designed to house new Brembo brake callipers.
The new S4R Testastretta is now available in two new colour schemes: titanium with central black stripe, and in the traditional Ducati red with central white stripe.
The S4R will be available in early next month, there's no word on price yet though.
