John McGuinness, Mike Rutter and Marty Finnegan are just some of the top riders looking for victory. But the TT event is about more than racing. There is a stunt show happening every night in Douglas, classic bike rallies, a special Honda Day in peel and Suzuki GP legend Kevin Schwantz will be attending Suzuki Sunday in Castletown on June 3.
The town of Ramsey becomes `Yamsey, as Yamaha takes over for a day. Yamsey Festival will also kick off on June 3, with the main activity running until Tuesday, June 5.
It encompasses the Streetfighters Challenge, displays by the Flying Gunners motorcycle display team and a performance from rock group the Po Boys, featuring former British Champion Jamie Whitham.
There’ll be a re-enactment of the original 1907 races, plus a TT Legends Parade to celebrate 100 years of history.
