But then she does have a top speed in the region of only 15 miles per hour.
Now John plans to celebrate Cleo’s 100th birthday with a bash at the Iguana bar on Manchester Road, Chorlton.
Recognition
The Chorlton businessman renovated the rare car with his father 23 years ago and was given it as a gift in recognition of his hard work.
He said: “I’ll be popping a bottle of champagne and pouring just a teenie drop of the bubbles into Cleo’s radiator.”
Cleo is so rare John says she’s probably priceless.
The car pre-dates the Model T Ford and is believed to have been the first Peugeot model to boast the now iconic lion badge.
