Big Brother 6: Tears before bed time

THE tension between Big Brother housemates Craig and Anthony heightened as the pair spent most of the day bickering.

Admittedly, all of the tension lay with Norfolk hairdresser Craig, who continues to struggle to hide his feelings for the Geordie disco dancer.

The day began badly in the dog training task, when a sleepless Anthony was marched into the dining area by his master and told: "You have to stay on the lead."

Dog tired Anthony moaned: "You're obsessed with this."

"No I'm not. **** off, you freak. What are you trying to imply?" said Craig.

"Come on, get your breakfast, you bitch," he told him.

"Bring it along, stop being awkward," said Anthony.

"Someone got out of the wrong side of bed. Do you want a day of torture?" Craig warned.

The squabble appeared to unsettle Craig who later retreated to his bed and sobbed under the covers.

This led to the other housemates speculating on what had reduced him to tears.

"I think he's just upset at how Anthony spoke to him at the task," Derek told Makosi and Orlaith.

"He's too sensitive," said Makosi. "Craig and Anthony want different things out of that relationship, very different."

Anthony eventually comforted his friend by getting into bed with him. He asked: "What's the matter, mate?"

Craig reassured him he was "fine", despite the tears still flowing.

"I want to know what's wrong with you," insisted Anthony. "Are you on your period?"

Later, Craig quizzed Anthony on why he did not like him flirting with the Geordie.

"If I make any joking sexual innuendo to you, you don't like it," he whined.

Anthony explained he was fond of him "as a mate".

This seemed to satisfy Craig who promised he wouldn't do it again and then, unconvincingly, announced: "I definitely one million per cent do not..." and then he mouthed, "fancy you".
