With their exterior rectangular framework and recessed windows, there is a striking similarity between the condemned Magistrates Court and the new building No1 Piccadilly Gardens, seen in the previous picture.  How long will it be before buildings currently under construction will end their days in a future wave of redevelopment? We'll just have to wait and see.
