Way have been repaired. I featured the broken railings in a previous
Eyewitness in Manchester. Click
here to see how they looked. My feature highlighted the poor
state of repair of the footpaths in this area which links the south and
north (former UMIST) campuses of Manchester University. I drew the
attention of my local councillor Paul Shannon to the feature and
shortly after, I noticed that repairs were underway. I'd like to
think my feature helped 'make a difference'. |
