A final full length view of the CIS Building from the top of the Arndale Centre car park. In front of us the Transport Interchange, with its multi-storey car park is under construction.  The date is 13 November 2004. Within a few months the lower part of the CIS building will be hidden from this angle. In the new Manchester, sites which have lain empty for many years are now being built on.
