The John Rylands Library on Deansgate is covered in scaffolding as renovation work proceeds.  The strapline for the renovation is 'Unlocking the John Rylands Library'. The large  iPod banner ad says 'Enjoy uncertainty', a feeling I often get when looking at construction sites around Manchester, though the word 'enjoy' doesn't always describe the feeling.
