617: Miller Sreet, above Manchester Victoria Station rail lines
This photo was taken in heavy rain at rush hour. Traffic is heavy in both directions. Straight ahead is the CIS building and to its right, New Century House. The panels on the bridge are the original cast iron ones with traditional-style ornamentation.
