Tall and gracious on the outside, the interiors equally impressed the judges who praised the ingenious use of space and the high quality of the design and the finish.

They recognise how a family will use the space with kitchens at the front overlooking play areas, private decking at the back and car parking hidden away and they thought it a careful and well conceived exercise in providing long term flexible family accommodation.
