CURTAINS just don't cut it in slick city apartments and if you want a swift update for your semi switch to blinds.

Luxaflex has some of the chicest on the market including these which can be opened either at the top or the bottom, or both, meaning that you can get both light and privacy at the same time.

They are available in two options: plisse, a single layer of pleated fabric which is available with a light-reflective coating, useful if you're trying to shade large expanses of glass in a south-facing room; and Duette, a double layer of pleated fabric with a honeycomb structure that traps air, helping to insulate the room.

Both are available in a range of colours and patterns, texturised and transparent fabrics. There are three new treatments for the plisse range which, as well as reflecting light, also repel dirt, dust and bacteria.
