I want a mini Rod says pregnant Penny

ROD STEWART

Penny Lancaster says she wants her baby to be a "mini Rod Stewart".

She is due to give birth in December and has already picked out names - Jimmy or Charlie for a boy.

The child's middle name will be Wallace - after Lancaster's grandfather, who died in a road accident in January 2003.

"Everyone looks at me and says `you're having a boy'," she told ITV1's This Morning.

"I'd love a little mini Rod! We have gone through a funny list of names and we've had things up on the fridge and all the kids writing their ideas down.

"If it's a boy, which most people think it may be, I'm going to have Wallace as a middle name because that's my grandad's middle name. Either a Charlie Wallace or a Jimmy Wallace."

The couple are considering Isabella or Amelia for a girl's name.

But Lancaster said: "It's one of those things that I thought about right at the beginning and now it's gone to the back of my mind. I am concentrating on the birth. I suppose I'll wait until the final moment before I decide."

This will be the first child for Stewart, 60, and Lancaster, 34.

Rocker Stewart already has six children.

He proposed to Lancaster on a romantic trip to Paris in March and they plan to marry after the baby is born.
