It's the role that famous women all over the globe are getting all shaken and stirred about.

The much-coveted Bond girl part is still up for grabs for the new 007 movie and Charlize Theron is reportedly being lined up.

She has been offered a deal to star alongside Daniel Craig in Casino Royale, the Mirror reports. The South African-born star is said to be British director Martin Campbell's first choice.

A source said: "She is glamorous but she is also a brilliant actress. It would be quite a coup to have an Oscar-winner as the female lead."
