Celebrity BB: Love dilema drags on for Preston

WHAT'S AN ORDINARY BOY TO DO?: Preston
WHAT'S AN ORDINARY BOY TO DO?: Preston
CELEBRITY Big Brother contestant Preston says the publicity storm surrounding his time in the house has made it "impossible" for him to see his long-term girlfriend.

The singer, who became close to fellow housemate and winner Chantelle Houghton during the show, seemed to suggest that he had split with Camille Aznar when he made the comments to GMTV.

It comes just days after newspaper reports that the 24-year-old had proposed to Camille.

But speaking as his band the Ordinary Boys performed at a London record store yesterday, Preston said that he also faced problems seeing Chantelle, 22.

Horrible

He said: "My girlfriend that I had, she doesn't want to be in the paper and everything and it's basically made it totally impossible for me to go out with her, it's just horrible.

"But then if I want to see Chantelle, even if I want to see her to talk to her, everyone's going to be, like, 'Preston and Chantelle off in dodgy meetings somewhere."'

The star also commented on reports that comedian and fellow housemate Michael Barrymore had a soft spot for him.

Preston said: "I read in the paper that he fancied me as well - Camille, Chantelle, now Michael Barrymore... where's it going to end?"
